我想問BS02-082係未可以裝2既白色靈魂變成裝甲?2係最左上角要召喚既數定係放係靈魂既CORE?

For the first question, it is not correct. It is add the system "武裝" in spirits.

Next, the left hand corner is the cost. You're right.
If your spirit is 2 cost and white, then the nexus card BS02-082 will be add the new system "武裝" on it.

自己cost2(姐係左上果個)的spirits得到系統:「武装」。
