佢LV2個效果係人地要出magic用哂reserve D core,定係冇得輕減cost要支付張magic既全cost?

it mean you muist pay the cost of the magic
howevre the cutting cost is a way of paying the cost
another word the lv2 of this card can only effect on X08 and X28(the yellow one not real sure the number but can't be ass to look for the number ==")
